YOUTH EMPOWERMENT OUTREACH: DE DEUR COMMUNITY

In the past month Mandulo Foundation has partnered with ANAT to provide weekly food for the Children's center in De Deur, Kibler Park. As part of our Youth Empowerment program, Mandulo Foundation's Director, Zwelake Gila addressed the children in a Saturday workshop, along with Mandisa and Nomonde Gila, the Mandulo team worked with each individual and the head of the center to register each child in the Foundation's registry.

Zwelakhe Gila quotes, "The entire purpose of the foundation is to go into disenfranchised communities and lend our support in bolstering the unrealized potential of our youth. Hearing the goals and visions of the youth in the De Deur community speaks to the promise of our future and talent of our youth."

The Foundation's goal is to be a catalyst for change in varying communities around South Africa, and continue its outreach to the youth.
